To ensure safe healing and prevent infection, follow these tips:
Always wash your hands before touching your piercing.
Clean the area twice daily with a saline solution (sterile water and sea salt) or a product recommended by your piercer. Avoid alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, or harsh soaps. (Apply the spray to all exposed areas, such as the front and back of an earring.)
Do not remove the jewelry during the healing process, even if it appears healed externally.
Avoid trauma and friction, such as tight clothing, bumps, or rubbing the area.
If the piercing is in a sensitive area like the navel or chest, wear soft, cotton clothing and avoid items that can rub or irritate the skin.
If the piercing is in the mouth, initially limit activities that could spread bacteria from person to person (such as deep kissing or direct oral contact).
Do not touch or twist it unnecessarily, to avoid irritating the tissue.
Avoid swimming pools, saunas, and seawater for the first few days, unless otherwise directed by your piercer.
Follow the recommended healing times, which vary depending on the area (e.g., earlobe: 6-8 weeks; cartilage: up to 6 months or more).
If you notice excessive redness, swelling, abnormal discharge, or persistent pain, contact a professional immediately.
NOTE: It's normal for your piercing to experience slight redness or swelling in the first few hours or days; however, if these symptoms seem excessive or painful, contact us immediately.
Earlobe or lip: 6–8 weeks
Cartilage (e.g., helix, tragus): 3 months to 1 year
Tongue or navel: 4–6 weeks / 4–6 months
Only after complete healing: at least 6–8 weeks for simple piercings, longer for cartilage piercings.
Avoid swimming pools, saunas, the sea, and sweaty activities for at least 4–8 weeks. Contact sports should be avoided if they affect the area of the hole.
This may be a bump (benign elevation) common in cartilage piercings; if it persists, consult your doctor or a professional.
No, sleeping on your piercing can distort it or cause lumps. Use a donut pillow or pillowcase to avoid direct pressure.
We use certified titanium, surgical steel, or niobium. All procedures are performed with disposable materials and sterilized in an autoclave.
We follow strict hygiene standards to minimize the risk of infection.
If you notice excessive redness, severe pain, fever, or discharge, it is important to consult a professional immediately.
Yes! All our materials are nickel-tested and hypoallergenic.
Titanium and niobium are particularly suitable for those with allergies or reactive skin.
For a first piercing, we recommend titanium, as it is 100% hypoallergenic and minimizes the risk of skin reactions compared to steel.
Remember, to be properly placed, it must be inserted by a qualified professional.
For a second piercing or for those with experience, we recommend choosing high-quality piercings, such as surgical steel or, if you're unsure about your allergies, titanium again.
In our physical store and online store, you'll find a wide range of materials and designs.
If you're looking for something lighter and with a distinctive aesthetic, we also offer black titanium piercings, which, in addition to their modern look, are lighter than traditional titanium (and titanium, in turn, is even lighter than steel).
